Resumen
Este texto establece una fundamentación organizacional de las actividades de desarrollo profesoral, relacionando las mismas con la búsqueda de mayor efectividad organizacional. Examinamos tres problemas principales relacionados con el desarrollo profesoral y las exigencias organizacionales de una universidad.
